Our professional staff, including a qualified nurse, will visit your home in a specially converted van with a portable bathtub, so the service user can have a relaxing bath in the comfort of home. Bathing not only cleanses the body, but prevents itchiness and bedsores, promotes blood circulation and appetite and above all, is very relaxing. Bathing an elderly person is the most physically demanding work for a family member, so let us help to lessen your load.
Visiting Bath Service at Care Service
We at Care Service have more than 30 years of accumulated know-how of visiting bath services. All visits are accompanied by a qualified nurse along with a helper and an operator, who not only helps the user to take a bath, but also monitors the health of the user from different perspectives. In case any change of health is observed during the visit, it will be reported to the care manager, in order to share information and achieve systematic and integrated service. Any change of the routine, such as no soaking but only wipe cleaning, or change of service date etc., is reported the same day, so that we can provide, not just bathing, but also the service that helps to improve the user’s everyday life as a whole.
Thorough reporting for safety and peace of mind
We at Care Service employ many qualified nurses who continuously monitor the health of our service users from a professional perspective. We offer peace of mind by creating health information reports of the user, such as first time bathing report, post-hospitalization first time bathing report, change of service contents report, user’s vital sign charts etc. which are shared multilaterally with the family and the care manager.

Everyday, we pay great attention to what the individual users open up their heart and say. That is why we write down everything the user said during the visit, sharing the information among the staff and using it to improve the service for the next time. We strive continuously to offer a more comfortable and dignified service based on the users’ perspective, such as placing cotton balls in the ears to prevent water getting in when washing hair, or using large towels to cover the user’s body when changing.
